Our showroom features vignettes of custom upholstery, casegoods, and a curated collection of accessories and fine art. Darby Road HOME offers an expansive custom upholstery program including hundreds of custom fabrics, finishes and hardware. Our design services team make refining your home a streamlined process, whether it be for one piece or to fill an entire home. We truly strive to offer an individual, thoughtful, and refined home decor buying experience.
MEET MICHELLE COPPOLO
After 12 years as a stay-at-home-mother of two, Michelle decided it was time to go back to work. Her career in her past life was marketing and sales in the financial service industry. She realized she really did not have the desire to go back to a corporate structure and craved more creativity and something that filled her entrepreneurial spirit, she decided to do something she had always dreamed of – working in Interior Design.
After taking courses at Suffolk University on Interior Design and Space Planning, Michelle found herself at Darby Road. She worked directly with customers, helping them decorate their homes with custom upholstery, casegoods, art and home accessories.
Soon after, the owner at the time expressed his desire to sell the store and before she knew it, she was the new owner of the now named Darby Road HOME, LLC.
Darby Road HOME has gone through quite a change under Michelle’s ownership. She took a chance and brought on many new vendors to broaden the breadth of the collection.
As she hand selects every single item in the store, Michelle’s goal is to make Darby Road HOME a truly unique shopping experience!
